How do I add gifts to my bio page?

Gifts are set up inside a Gift Shop block on a bio page. Add the block, choose up to three gifts, set a price for each, and publish. Step by step Open your bio page Go to Dashboard › Link-in-bio and open the page you want to sell from. Add the block Choose to add a new block and pick Gift Shop from the widget list. Choose a gift Each block holds up to three gifts. Pick one from the catalogue for each slot. Set your price Decide what that gift costs. The same catalogue item can be a small tip on one page and a premium thank-you on another — it is entirely your call. Add a reward, if you want one Attach a note, a file, a link or an image that unlocks for whoever buys that gift. Save and view your page The block appears with your gifts, ready to accept payments as soon as Stripe has cleared your account. Want more than three gifts?Add a second Gift Shop block. Three per block keeps the page readable on a phone, which is where nearly all of your visitors are. Changing things later Open the block again at any time to change a price, swap a gift for a different one, or replace the reward. Changes apply to future purchases; anything already bought keeps the reward it was sold with. Pricing adviceMost tips sit between a small round number and the price of a coffee. A single expensive gift with a genuinely valuable reward often earns more than several cheap ones.

How do I create a Stripe account?

You do not need to sign up at Stripe separately. Starting the payout setup inside gomy.bio creates the account for you and walks you through what Stripe needs. Step by step Open Payouts Go to Account menu › Payouts. Start the setup Choose to connect your account. Stripe's own secure form opens inside the page. Enter your details Stripe asks for your name, address, date of birth and the bank account that should receive the money. Confirm your identity Stripe may ask for a photo of an ID document. This is a legal requirement for anyone accepting card payments, not an extra step we added. Wait for the check Stripe usually reviews within minutes, occasionally longer. You can close the page; nothing is lost. Come back when cleared Once Stripe approves you, your Gift Shop blocks start accepting payments automatically. You can stop halfwayStripe saves your progress. If you need to find a document, return to Account menu › Payouts later and carry on where you stopped. Already have a Stripe account? You can connect it during the same flow by signing in with the email it uses, rather than creating a second one. Enter your details only on Stripe's formWe never see or store your bank details, and we will never ask for them in an email or a support ticket. If anyone asks you for them outside Stripe's own form, it is not us.

How do I connect my Stripe account to my Gift Shop?

Connect once from Account menu › Payouts. Every Gift Shop block on every one of your bio pages then uses that account — there is nothing to connect per page. Step by step Open Payouts Go to Account menu › Payouts. Connect Follow Stripe's form. If you do not have an account yet, this creates one — see creating a Stripe account. Check your status The same screen shows where you stand: not started, pending review, or ready to be paid. Sell Once you are cleared, existing Gift Shop blocks start taking payments. You do not need to rebuild or re-save them. What the statuses mean Not connectedBlocks show, but cannot take money PendingStripe is still reviewing or needs more from you ReadyPayments and payouts are both enabled Stuck on pending?Stripe is usually waiting on one specific document. What information will Stripe ask for, and is it safe?

Stripe asks for the details any regulated payment processor must collect: who you are, where you live, and the bank account to pay. You enter it on Stripe's own form — we never see it. Anyone moving money on someone else's behalf is legally required to verify who is receiving it. These rules exist to stop fraud and money laundering, and they apply to every payment processor — the requirement is not specific to us or to Stripe. Who sees what Stripe sees your identity details They are entered directly into Stripe's form, inside their systems. We see none of it Not your bank account, not your ID, not your date of birth. We hold only an account reference and whether you are cleared to be paid. You see your buyers' emails So you can deliver what was bought. Card numbers are never shown to you, or to us. How to spot a fakeWe will never ask for your bank details, card numbers, ID documents or password over email or in a support ticket. Real requests happen only inside Stripe's own form, which you reach from Account menu › Payouts.

How much commission does gomy.bio take?

A small platform commission is deducted from each gift sale automatically at checkout. The rest goes straight to your Stripe account — there is no invoice to pay us and no monthly fee to sell. Stripe takes its processing fee Stripe's own card fee, as with any card payment anywhere. The remainder lands with you Paid into your Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule. That page, not this article, is the authoritative record for your account. Set prices with fees in mindBecause there is a fixed component to card processing, very small amounts lose a larger share to fees. Slightly higher prices, or fewer and more valuable gifts, keep more of each sale.

When and how do I get paid?

Straight into your own Stripe account, on Stripe's payout schedule. We never hold your balance, so there is no minimum to reach here and no withdrawal to request from us. How do exclusive content unlocks work?

Attach a reward to any gift and it unlocks the moment someone buys — a thank-you note, a file, an image or a private link that only buyers can reach. Pick what to give A written message, an uploaded file, an image, or a link to something you host elsewhere. Save From then on, every buyer of that gift receives it automatically. What the buyer sees They pay On your page, by card. The reward appears immediately On the thank-you page, as soon as the payment clears. They get a receipt by email Naming the gift, the page they bought from, and the amount. Signed-in buyers keep it It stays in Dashboard › My Unlocks. Guests can still reach theirs from the link they were given. What makes a good rewardSomething a follower cannot get free elsewhere: an unreleased track, a full-resolution photo, a discount code, a personal voice note. The gift is the gesture; the reward is why they choose the bigger one. A gift does not need a rewardPlenty of people sell pure tips. If you attach nothing, the buyer is simply told the gift is a direct thank-you to you, and the purchase still works normally.
