You do not need to sign up at Stripe separately. Starting the payout setup inside gomy•bio creates the account for you and walks you through what Stripe needs.
Step by step
- Open Payouts Go to Account menu › Payouts.
- Start the setup Choose to connect your account. Stripe's own secure form opens inside the page.
- Enter your details Stripe asks for your name, address, date of birth and the bank account that should receive the money.
- Confirm your identity Stripe may ask for a photo of an ID document. This is a legal requirement for anyone accepting card payments, not an extra step we added.
- Wait for the check Stripe usually reviews within minutes, occasionally longer. You can close the page; nothing is lost.
- Come back when cleared Once Stripe approves you, your Gift Shop blocks start accepting payments automatically.
You can stop halfwayStripe saves your progress. If you need to find a document, return to Account menu › Payouts later and carry on where you stopped.
Already have a Stripe account?
You can connect it during the same flow by signing in with the email it uses, rather than creating a second one.
Enter your details only on Stripe's formWe never see or store your bank details, and we will never ask for them in an email or a support ticket. If anyone asks you for them outside Stripe's own form, it is not us.
